How can I find the product I'm looking for?

At the top of the page you will find 2 methods for searching and requesting products. By searching for simple products by reference number or by uploading an excel from which you can download the correct format for the search and request multiple products at once.

How do I know if there is stock of the requested product?

At the time of the product search you will be informed if the requested quantity is available. Keep in mind that during the stock order process you can modify due to multiple simultaneous requests from other customers and for this reason in the last step before finalizing the order the stock of the requested products will be reconfirmed.

When will my order arrive?

Remember that emergency requests must be made before 11am if you want to receive the same day, depending on the area of influence and service of Wirsind or before 5pm if you want to receive the next day. For the rest of orders the delivery will be the usual 48 / 72h.
